This research mainly focused on the correlation between eco-tourists’ environmental literacy, attitudes and conservation behaviors. A well-defined questionnaire was applied for data survey and collection with convenience sampling. The objectives of our investigation were based on the tourists of Er-Shui Formosan Macaque Natural Reserve in Chunghwa County. One hundred and sixty pre-questionnaires which were distributed were high reliabile from January to February 2011. There were another three hundred and forty formal detailed surveys which were divided into four times and given out at the very place from March to April during the year. Eliminating one hundred and sixty unavailing sheets from the total five hundred, three hundred and twenty-four valid ones were left. According to the valid questionnaires, the analytical results are: (1) The correlation between the level of education of tourists and eco-tourists’ environmental literacy is associated. Among the objectives of investigation, those who have partial college degrees or Bachelor degrees display more appropriate behaviors. (2) The correlation between the level of education of tourists and eco-tourists’ attitudes is associated. The ones who come from high educational background behave better than others. (3) The correlation between the level of education of tourists and eco-tourists’ conservation behaviors is associated. The ones who are senior care more than others. (4) Positive correlations exist obviously between eco-tourists’ environmental literacy, attitudes and conservation behaviors. Therefore, the one who has higher eco-tourists’ environmental literacy and attitudes towards conservation behaves better.(5) Positive correlations also exist obviously between eco-tourists’ environmental literacy and attitudes.
