國小教師生命教育態度與生命教育需求之研究~桃園縣八德市為例

本研究旨在探討桃園縣八德市國小教師對生命教育態度與生命教育需求。本研究為量化研究,以自編「國小教師生命教育態度與生命教育需求之研究」問卷調查為研究工具;研究對象為桃園縣八德市9所公立國小科任教師、特教教師、教師兼組長、教師兼導師與教師兼主任,共發151份問卷,回收146份問卷,有效問卷138份,可用率94.5%。問卷所得資料以統計軟體SPSS18.0進行處理,採描述性統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。
  根據上述文獻探討與調查資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論:
一、桃園縣八德市國小教師對生命教育態度頗為認同。
二、桃園縣八德市國小教師對生命教育需求頗高。
三、桃園縣八德市國小部分不同背景教師對生命教育態度與生命教育需求有明
顯差異。
四、桃園縣八德市國小教師的生命教育態度與生命教育需求有顯著正相關。
  最後,本研究分別針對學校教師、教育行政機關及未來研究者亦提出建議。

外文摘要: 

The purpose of this study is to explore elementary school teachers’ attitudes and needs of life education at Bade city in Taoyuan. This study adopts quantitative survey a self-designed survey questionnaire was conducted for “Elementary School teachers’ attitudes and needs of life education at Bade city in Taoyuan” to collect pertinent data. The subjects in the study are elementary school teachers from 9 schools at Bade city in Taoyuan, including subject teachers, special education teachers, and teachers with department administrators. A total of 151 questionnaires were distributed; 146 questionnaires were returned, 138 copies were completely answered. So the return rate of this survey is about 94.5%. Data from questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS18.0, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression Analysis.
The research results of this study are shown that for teachers at Elementary Schools of Bade city in Taoyuan:
1. Attitudes toward life education are highly recognized by those teachers.
2. Those teachers have high needs of life education.
3. Those teachers’ attitude toward life education and needs for life education are significantly different in terms of demographical variables.
4. There are positively significant correlations between those teachers’ attitude toward life education and needs of life education.
Based on the research results, this study also provides some recommendations for teachers of elementary schools, Educational Authorities, and further researchers respectively.
